This proposed mixed-use project combines housing, retail, and open space with the city of St. Helena’s new community center and library expansion. A dense mixture of houses and attached condominiums are clustered on one side of the property and are integrated with the public areas with green space and pathways. A large open space with a dramatic overhead trellis is proposed for the heart of the public areas, creating a focal point for the popular farmer’s market, festivals and public gatherings.
