This private, gated community is designed to attain the height of prestige in the Summerlin Master Planned Area near Las Vegas, Nevada. Located on the PGA’s championship Summerlin Golf Course, this project evokes a Central European “old world” theme by utilizing 18th century forms and details, such as, ornamental wrought iron, extensive stone walls with precast stone caps, decorative planting urns, art display areas and a lively entry fountain. An eclectic variety of Mediterranean plant materials (Canary Island Palms, broadleaf evergreen trees and Afghan Pines) create an overstory of shade and relief from the desert sun.
